As the conference manager, our role is to work closely with our clients to ensure the smooth implementation of the conference requirements. Our team acts as the central point of contact for all stakeholders and ensures that coordination of activities prior to, during, and following the conference is carried out. This level of service can be provided across all facets of the event, or just those that the client does not wish to undertake.

We understand the importance of a considered, planned and targeted marketing campaign, and offer a custom marketing plan for each of our clients to meet conference objectives, together with managing the design, production and distribution of all materials.

There are not too many major conference venues in Australia that we haven’t worked in. We can offer to you the benefit of our established relationships, enabling us to negotiate on your behalf for the best outcomes.
Venue contracts can be complex and it’s our role to thoroughly check the contract to ensure that our clients receive the best value, support and offer from venues.
Our involvement with the venue does not end once it’s booked. As part of our service we manage all communication with the venue’s onsite team to ensure that all catering, room requirements, AV, and logistics are compatible with the conference program and that everything is running to schedule. We apply this same approach to other third party suppliers including AV and production.
The majority of our clients request our financial services as part of their package. They understand that our involvement with the financial aspect of their event allows for a smooth process from budget creation to reconciliation and final reporting. With years’ in the industry we understand the standards and governance required to provide high quality financial management and a risk free solution for your conference.

Through our conference software EventsAIR, we can create online systems to enable contributing authors to submit abstracts, biographical information, photographs, slides, and author release approval. The review process for academic conferences is easy. Reviewers can log in from anywhere, review and score abstracts or full papers at their leisure.
In the lead up and on the day, we will be in regular contact with speakers to ensure that they have the support required to deliver a great presentation.
