2007 TAFE Rural & Isolated Communities ConferenceA conference conducted by TAFE Tasmania, the conference theme is Regional Based Enterprise Learning and Long Distance Relationships and will be conducted in Launceston.
11th Chemical Diversion CongressWorking in conjunction with Tasmania Police, this conference will focus on developing strategies in the field of chemical diversion and the manufacture of illicit drugs. It is expected to attract 200 delegates from around the world.
Australasian Radiation Protection Society National Conference, 2003 & 2005, 2006, 2007Managed by Leishman Associates in 2003 in Hobart, and then invited back to manage the 2005 conference in Melbourne, and then appointed for another two years through till 2007. This conference attracts 100 national and international delegates, and features two international speakers. Includes a trade component and social program.
Australian Marketing Institute - Regional Marketing ConferenceAppointed for the second time to manage this conference. It will be held in Launceston, and provides a forum for marketing professionals to discuss the challenges of marketing to a regional audience. The conference is expected to attract 120 delegates.
Tertiary Education Management Conference, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009Combining three associations, the 2004 event was a four day conference in Hobart with up to 10 concurrent sessions, attracting 650 delegates, 20 exhibitors, and a number of off-site social activities plus the conference also included pre and post activities. Leishman Associates have been appointed to manage the Conference for 2006, 2007 and 2008 after a nationwide tender process.
Reggio EmiliaAn international conference that will attract 600 delegates over 3 days at Wrest Point Convention Centre in Hobart.
